1. STEEL COMPONENTS: Steel pipe: Seamless as per ASTM A 106 Gr. B, Sch. 40, as per ANSI B 36.10. Flange: A105 #150, SOFF, SORF. Reducers & Elbows: - ASTM A 234 WPB, Sch 40. Tee: fabricated from pipe - ASTM A 106 Gr B Sch. 40. Fittings and flanges dimensions as per ANSI B 16.5, #150 vent hole(s) - 1/4 in Cl3000 threaded steel half couplings welded on before lining is applied Both end rotating lap joint flange 2. WELDING: Welding procedure is according to ASME IX. 3. LINING: Lining of our PTFE Lined pipes & fittings is made with the following processes & material: Paste extrusion liner of virgin PTFE powders as per ASTM D 4895. Transfer molding of virgin PFA as per ASTM D 3307 4. SURFACE TREATMENT: Surface prepared by Sand blasting SA 2.5 to all steel parts, 30 µm Zinc base primer or red oxide primer, 5. TESTS & CONTROLS / CERTIFICATES: Steel parts:- Visual examination of all steel parts (inside surface, round edge grinding) Dimensional control. Lined products:- Pressure test at 29 bar g hydraulic as per ASTM F 1545 for pipes Spark test at 10 KV to 25 KV as per ASTM F 1545. Physical properties of our paste extruded liners as per ASTM F 1545 - 15. 6. PACKING: As per ASTM F 1545, each flare portion is protected by wooden covers.
