Rotor, impeller with shaft, for OEM fan type 80W/L-160M DWDI, our job VQ76684. Ref. our drawing n. 153437 pos. 2, 3, 8 Manufacturer do not supply parts for rotor assembly separately but as a set, Therefore, complete assembly has been quoted which includes as below; POS 1 (Impeller) and POS 2 (Hub) which are are welded together. POS 8 is the shaft. Manufacturer Note 2: We confirm that it is preferable to supply the complete rotor assembly rather than supplying the shaft and impeller as loose components. The primary reason is that the price of a loose impeller is not significantly lower than the price of a complete rotor assembly. In addition, in order to balance the impeller, we would be required to manufacture an additional shaft solely for balancing purposes, which would then be removed after balancing. Please also note that installing the impeller onto the shaft on site is not a straightforward activity. The impeller is hot shrink-fitted, and in any case, the rotor would need to be re-balanced after installation. Furthermore, we do not release procedures, drawings, or other detailed technical information for activities intended to be carried out on site. For these reasons, we do not recommend supplying loose parts and strongly advise supplying the complete rotor assembly instead.
